Is there Mobility Access ?

Can I get tickets on the door ?
There will be a limited number of tickets to purchase on the door. They will cost more on the door for adults and concessions. They will also incur a venue restoration levy of £1 to aid with the maintenance and investment to the building.
The theatre was built in 1900.

Do I need to dress up ?
Over the last 6 Ain't It Funky events most people have made the effort and got into the vibe. For some it's been a simple accessory representing their favourite band or genre. Others have taken it to another level.
There are prizes awarded on the night for best dressed!
Do I need Cash?
Yes - for the sweets and treats.
The kids will love you for it!
Can I use Payment Card / Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes, The Y is a cashless venue.
The food, arcade zone and photobooth will be card purchase only.
Purchase special credits for an Arcade/Photobooth card to use
throughout the night.

Ain't It Funky Reloaded! aims to :
To bring together families, local residents, and supporters in a safe, joyful environment.
We also aim to raise awareness and funds to support vulnerable individuals and families in our Leicester community and through an international project – The Village of HOPE - East Delhi, India .
We pledge to donate all the Justgiving monies to support the incredible and essential charitable work Tabitha's Haven and HOPE worldwide UK are doing for vulnerable adults in Leicester, the UK and India .
Will there be food ?
If you want something hot then feast your eyes on the hot food from the hot buffet table. Keep your eyes out for the old school tuck shop supplying retro sweets to purchase (Cash & Card).
The Y also has a bar to purchase a wide selection of beers, spirits and soft drinks. Seasonal snacks and deserts are sold (subject to availability.)
Can I bring the family along?
When we first started Ain't It Funky, we wanted to create a fun, safe space for all the family to enjoy and to treasure a memory from the night. The night is filled with music, dancing, games, food and fashion.
Note: It will be loud and have flashing lights on stage there will be smoke effects. For your assistance there will be stewards available throughout the evening.
New for this year we have opened the balcony so you can enjoy the show from up there.
But this is available for +18yrs only
