Our Story
Back in 2011, we were asked how we could support a primary school in Kenya with vital teaching supplies. How could a small congregation partner with HOPE worldwide Kenya to raise funds and awareness in a way that was fun and also somehow including our toddler. The result was the beginnings of Ain’t It Funky. The amount raised was small but the impact was still very meaningful to the school children who had new books, writing and reading materials to use.
My wife and I devised 'Ain't It Funky'- a retro themed event of dancing, games and family fun that also raised awareness of the plight of vulnerable adults in the UK and abroad.

This year we aim to:
To bring together families, local residents, and supporters in a safe, joyful environment.
To raise awareness and funds to support vulnerable individuals and families in our Leicester community & an international project – The Village of HOPE - East Delhi, India .
We pledge to donate all our profits to support the incredible and essential charitable work Tabitha's Haven and HOPE worldwide UK do for vulnerable adults in the UK and India .
